Gwen Gardner - Ritual Demonstration

Shelly Kreiger

As a wife and mother I tend to keep fairly busy, but I just had to get involved in the Pagan Pride Project. I have not personally encountered many folks that have treated me badly due to my beliefs, but I know MANY who are afraid to come out of their 'closet'. I wholeheartedly believe that if more people understood the many aspects and paths of Paganism things could be better. Most people hear the word Pagan and automatically think the worst. I hope to help change that.

Please join us to learn as much as we can show you! With many different paths of Paganism being represented during this event we hope to make things better for all of us, Pagan and non-Pagan alike. Let's work together to try to bring a little harmony to our lives!

Hindu Demonstration - Ambrosia

Namaste to everyone! I am a Hindu Pagan which basically means I have a Pagan base mixed with Eastern philosophy with an affinity towards Hindu pantheons. Hindus believe that all religions are all fragments of a multifaceted gem that sparkles with the light of the universe once when all these beliefs come together as one. Hinduism also believes in the God and Goddess principle or what the call the Shakti/Shiva, yoni/lingum or better known to paganism as the wand and the chalice ( joining of male/female energies.) It's only natural for me to draw comparison then merge these belief systems. I started out in the craft at 19 through occult science. I started with tarot then moved on to necromancy in attempt to communicate with my deceased mother. I then stumbled upon "Wicca Candle Magick" by Gerina Dunwich and discovered the religion these sciences were based on. From there I continued to evolve until finally at the Pagan Spririt Gathering in Ohio in 2002 I decided to dedicate myself to the craft fully. I have been solidly practicing everyday since then and it's everyday that my connection to the divine deepens just a bit more. I belong to a Coven here in Great Falls MT and in a year and day I will be initiated as a High Priestess. I cannot wait to give back to the Pagan community for there are so many of my brothers and sisters of the craft that have given there time, love and devotion freely to me and have guided me to where I am now...

Faerie Wisdom, Animal Health, Light Wind: A Healing Touch - Laurel Ferriter

Wiccan Ritual - AmberDawn

My name is AmberDawn. I have been a practicing Wiccan for 25 years. I’m Chiracahua Apache mixed with French & Irish. My first teacher’s path was a mix of Wiccan & Native American traditions & extremely similar to the Correllian Tradition that I now practice. She taught me much of my Indian AmberDawnHeritage & of Shamanistic ways. I’m happily married, together we have 5 kids ranging from 7 yrs to 22 yrs old & I’m the grandmother of 2 young ones. Dang but I guess I’m starting to get old! LOL We have 19 chickens, 5 goats, 2 dogs (who look more like horses!), a family of chipmunks & bats, 2 cats, 2 rats, 2 parakeets & a cockatiel. One weekend a month we have an additional 3 little kids running around as I work with the A.W.A.R.E. Program. I’ve been drawn for the last several years to stop being such a hermit and get out there, join with other Pagans. So here I am. We live in the Big Belt Mountains in the middle of nowhere, Montana. Translation; LOTS of snow, very few neighbors & tons of nature.
We own a video store and a computer repair business. I also have a part time typing job. Gotta love Montana, you have to wear many hats in order to pay the bills! I’m strongly drawn to be a healer in this life. I’ve been working the last several years with structured classes that reinforce my knowledge of natural medicine and herbs. I have another year or so till I reach my goal of being a fully licensed Master Herbalist/Holistic Care Practitioner. My patron Goddess is Brighid. I tend to be a pretty creative individual and always have at least 5 projects going on at any given time. Which is how I ended up running an online store! LOL It’s called Everything Witchy & keeps me busy. Take a peek sometime. I love to cook, sew, read, hike and raise my animals, among a great many other things. My husband just says that I love to harass folks. That may well be true!
